Mateo Encinosa, MBA

Despite Mateo’s administrative roles, you won’t find him cooped up in the office all day. Having managed several local businesses prior to starting at Oak Design Group, Mateo brings proven experience in building and enhancing companies from the ground up. Mateo enjoys creating outdoor living spaces where people can truly enjoy themselves by spending time in nature with friends and family.

At Oak Design Group, Mateo is charged with operations and project management in addition to hands-on design work. Mateo is also an MBA graduate from Florida Atlantic University, with a concentration in operations management. Mateo loves mastering new skills and spends his free time spearfishing, and teaching others to scuba dive.
